Personalization is purchased PER PRODUCT. If you only purchase one personalization add-on but order two products, you must specify which product for Mike to sign and what he should sign on it. Please fill out that information in the note box for personalization at checkout. Otherwise, Mike simply signs, "To ______" the name on the order.
